Shipping and Handling
We ship most orders out within twenty-four hours. If you are unsatisfied within the first forty-eight hours of arrival, simply send the product back in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price, minus applicable restocking and shipping charges.  All orders returned after the forty-eight hour period require a return authorization number and may be subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee; we only accept returns within thirty days of delivery. All new microscopes carry the complete manufacturers' warranty of five years mechanical and one year electrical coverage or more; pre-owned and rebuilt microscopes carry a ninety day warranty.
